1. Approving a twelve month supply agreement with option to extend for an
additional twelve months, at the same terms a:id c :, iLiva su`.jeet Co the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for
miscellaneous photographic supplies, film, and processing to Roosevelt
Baker Photo Company for an estimated annual expenditure of $15,000. These
items are used by the Police Department, Information Services and other
departments. Five bid invitations were issued, two bids were received.
Prices have decreased approximately 5% from open market purchases.
