6. Approving plans and specifications and authorizing receipt of bids on
February 18, 1986 for sliplining a section of concrete sanitary sewer
trunkline under South Padre Island Drive. This is a portion of the Oso
Trunkline recommended for sliplining in the proposed Capital Improvements
Program; however, in view of the deteriorated condition and the upcoming
heavy construction under the State's extension of the expressway, the
project needs to be constructed as soon as possible.
