7. Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the receipt of bids on
February 18, 1986, for the Up River Road Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation from
McBride Lane to Dona Drive. This project provides for installing a
thin -wall thermosetting resin liner as a form of sliplining in
approximately 635 linear feet of the Up River Road line which due to
unstable soil conditions has open joints subject to excessive infiltration
and have the potential of collapse.
