8. Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the receipt of bids on
February 18, 1986, for the reconstruction of the following streets:
16th Street, from Ayers Street to Morgan Avenue
17th Street, from Ayers Street to Elizabeth Street
This is one of the last remaining Voluntary Paving street reconstruction
projects included in the 1982 Bond Program.
