10. Awarding a contract in the amount of $29,110.20 to W. T. Byler Co., Inc.
for the 0. N. Stevens Water Filtration Plant Railroad Spur Track
Rehabilitation, Phase II project. This project includes the replacement of
worn out ties and rails and additional ballast from the plant entrance road
to the end of the spurs. Funding for this work is available in the 1985 -86
Water Department Operating budget.
