11, Granting a revocable easement to Gulf Coast Broadcasting Company for a
decorative screen wall which will extend into the right -of -way of Staples
and Marguerite Streets. KRIS is proposing to construct a decorative screen
wall (false front facade) to screen a new parking lot which would be
located directly behind the wall. A fee of $100 is recommended for the
easement grant.
