1. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids for an eight
month supply agreement, with an option to extend for an additional twelve
months, subject to the approval of the seller and the City Manager, or his
designee, for approximately 10,000 feet of 10" and 5,000 feet of 12" steel
line pipe for the Gas Division. Estimated expenditure is $120,175.
