7. Granting a 15 -foot wide pipeline easement to Florida Gas Transmission
Company for the purpose of this firm relocating an existing 8 -inch diameter
gas pipeline in Yorktown Boulevard west of South Staples Street. The
relocation work and easement grant are in conjunction with the current
construction of Yorktown Boulevard from South Staples Street to Everhart
Road.
