11. Declaring a vacancy on the Ambulance Advisory Council and appointing Ernest
Briones, Acting City Manager, to fill the vacancy and to amend the by -laws
to specify that the Council will appoint 3 members, one of whom shall be
the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi or other designated
employee.
