Layout and circuiting of new edge lighting for the existing Runway 13-31 2. One for one replacement of existing signage and reuse the existing concrete pad 3. Preparation of additional tailored technical specifications 4. Proper coordination with Front-End Specifications 5. Respond to Request For Information (RFI) from the Contractor 6. Review applicable shop drawing submittal 7. Provide two (2) site inspections and corresponding reports 8. Review O&M Manuals, Incorporate As-built redlines and project close-out It is our understanding that the following will be furnished to IMDC: 1. Updated electronic background/geometry drawir~:js file in AutoCAD format 2. Copy of current Front-End Specifications on disk 3. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, we shall begin professional services efforts immediately after receipt of this signed agreement, electronic drawing in an AutoCAD format and available As-Built documents. PGAL has previously forwarded {heir background Information and IMDC shall confirm that the most current drawings have been forwarded by PGAL. IMDC will comply with the milestone submittal schedule PGAL submitted and was previously approved by Corpus Christi International Airport. However, the 60% Construction Documenl submittal may be slightly less due to lime constraints. This fee proposal is based upon a construction time of six months, ending on or before November 11, 2005 In accordance with Ihe PGAL previously approved schedule. Should the construction time exceed six months, IMDC is required to receive additional funds, on an houdy basis or lump sum agreement, for engineering services rendered until the construction phase is complete.
