Alter the meeting we wcrc verbally authorized by Angel' Escobar to recommence work on the structural, n~chanical and electrical portions of thc project. We were irmtructcd t~ wait until the site acquisition is firmed up prior to commencing work on thc sitework tx)trion of the project. Angel' asked that we provide a schedule fro' completion o[ design in days alter a notice to proceed on the sitew~k porlion, As you know, we were verbally authorized It) I:m~cced with desibm on April 5, 2004. In early July we were notified that Grace Presbyterian Church objected to the lift station layout and wc cca~cd design activities at approximately 50% cumplete Sn'u:e that time, wc have been through numerous reviews and meetings to arrive al thc proposed final layout. I have nmde a shect4~y-shect review of all completed work and have found that, with one or two exeepLion~, our previous work will require very minimal changes. For example, our site layout and grading plan must be changed, b~t she, em such as thc Title Sheet, Quantities. Legcnd and Abbreviations, Utility Base Maps and the like will have very few changes, il'any, ncccssilated by the new site layouL Joc Martinez with Ba~h h~ infi~rmed me that he had some amount of time for redlinmg the previous site elec~'ical plan but otherwise he also has minimal changeS.
