HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2005-026 - 1/12/2005 - NA CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AMENDMENT NO.}I~ CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and LNV ENGINEERING, INC. hereinafter called "Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Engineering Services for Meadowbrook Subdivision Drainaqe Improvements, as authorized and administratively amended by: Odginal Contract October 21, 2003 Motion No. M2003-374 $232,355.00 Amendment No. 1 October 1, 2004 Administrative Approval $24,900.00 EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART A. BASIC SERVICES, shall be modified by the addition of Design Phase Services, Bid Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services for Shephard Street, Whitaker Drive, and NIP 4. EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, shall be modified by the deletion of Item No. 4 Construction Observation Services EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 3. FEES, shall be modified. The City will pay the Engineer a not- to-exceed fee as per Exhibit "A" attached. All other terms and conditions of the October 21, 2003 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.
