Drainage Easement
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WE, HERBERT FONDREN and wife, JOYCE ANN FONDREN (GRANTOR) of 7301
Wooldridge Road, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78415 in consideration of $10 (Ten
Dollars) and other good and valuable consideration paid to Grantor by the City of Corpus Christi
(GRANTEE), a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi,
Nueces County, Texas, 78469-9277 the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have conveyed,
and do convey to the City of Corpus Christi, its successors and legal representatives the free and
uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain
tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
The tract of land as described by metes and bounds on the attached and incorporated
as Exhibit A and shown on the attached map and incorporated as Exhibit B
(Premises).
SPECIAl, PROVISIONS: Grantor will retain the dirt excavated within this easement
area (Premises).
Together with the flee ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for
the purpose of constructing, servicing, repairing, maintaining, ins~ting, laying and keeping public
a Drainage Easement facility under, on and along the Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the fights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a Drainage Easement
For so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement is ever abandoned, then the
aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
Executed in duplicate, either copy of which constitutes an original.

BEGINNING at a point on a lot line between Lot 17, Block 27 Flour Bluff and

Garden tracts, said beginning point also lying on the easterly line of a 0.44 acre tract of
