AMENDMENT NO. 11
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and GOLDSTON ENGINEERING,
INC. hereinafier called "Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for
Engineering Services for Force Main Reloairs and Relolacement -Countrv Club Estates Lift
Station, as authorized and administratively amended by:

SECTION II. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART A. BASIC SERVICES shall be modified by
additional Design Phase Services as follows:
Additional design, plans and specifications, and bid documents necessary to re-
activate the Weber - Glenn Force Main and modifications to Country Club Estates
Lift Station and site improvements including new order control system, and flow
metering system.
SECTION II. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES shall be modified
by the inclusion of additional Survey Services and Hydroexcavation as follows:
Survey - provide for field survey including metes and bounds descriptions for
utility easements, temporary construction easements, and land to be acquired.
Hvdroexcacation - Field location and verification of existing pipelines, etc. by
hydroexcavatlon.
IV. FEE
Summary of Fees shall be modified by the following additions:
See Summary of Fees attached as Exhibit "A" Summary of Fees.
All other terms and conditions of the November 25, 1997 contract between the City and
Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein
shall remain in full force and effect.

c. Firm. Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial and whether
established to produce or deal with a product or service, including but not limited to, entities operated in the form
of sole proprietorship, as self-empJoyed person partnership corporation joint stock company joint ven ure
receivership or trust and entities which, for purposes of taxation, are treated as non-profit organizations.
d. Official. The Mayor, members of the City Council, Ci~ Manager, DeputyCity Manager, Assistant City Managers
