Mary Carroll Channel Widening 2 Drainage Easement THE STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF NUECES § KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT i, William Edward Burdette (GRANTOR) of 2602 Rodd Field Road, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78414, being my sole and separate property, in consideration of $10 (Ten Dollars) paid to Grantor by the City of Corpus Christi (GRANTEE), a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation (City), 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, 78469-9277 the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have conveyed, and do convey to the City of Corpus Christi, its successors and legal representatives the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and casement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows: The tract of land is described by metes and bounds on the attached and incorporated as Exhibit A and shown on the attached map and incorporated as Exhibit B (Premises). Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the purpose of constructing, servicing, repairing, maintaining, inspecting, laying and keeping public a Drainage Easemunt facility under, on and along the Premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the fights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a Drainage Easement for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
