2. Approving specifications and authorizing the receipt of bids for a supply
agreement for approximately 258,000 rounds of reload ammunition for the
Police Department. The terms of the agreement will be twelve months with
option to extend for an additional twelve months, at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or
his designee. Estimated annual expenditure is $13,000 and funds were
approved in the 1985 -86 budget.
