3. Approving a supply agreement for milk and miscellaneous dairy products for
the Elderly Nutrition Program with Borden, Inc., based on only bid received
for an estimated annual expenditure of $26,616.19. The term of this
agreement will be twelve months with option to extend for an additional
twelve months at the same terms and conditions, subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee. Four bid invitations
were issued and only one bid was received. Prices have not changed during
the past twelve months. Funds were approved in the 1985 -86 budget.
