Temporary Construction Easement

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT I, Corbett G. Pool ("Grantor") of 209 Chenoweth, Corpus Christt, Nueces County, Texas
78411, in consideration of ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1.0421), paid by THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI ("Grantee"), of 1201 Leopard St., Corpus Christ~, Nucees County, Texas
78401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed, and do convey unto the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas Home Rule mumcipal corporation, its successors and legal
representatives, the flee and uninterrupted use, h3>erty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over,
under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas, and being described as
follows:
A map showing the location of a TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT is attached and incorporated as "Exhibit A".
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for
the purpose of constructing drainage improvements adjacent to the Premises. Grantee's right to the
use of the Temporary Construction Easement shall automatically tcm6nate upon firafl completion and
acceptance of the drainage improvements by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: The City of Corpus Christi agrees to restore the
Premises to the condition that existed before construction.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the fights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT and right of way for so long as used for such pta-poses, and when
the use of said easement is abandoned, and then aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
