HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2005-110 - 2/9/2005 - NA CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AMENDMENT NO. 2 CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City", and GOLDSTON ENGINEERING, INC. hereinafter called "Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Engineering Services for Laauna Madre Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration System Rehabilitation, as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract Amendment No. 1 February 25, 2003 January 13, 2004 Motion No. M2003-078 Motion No. M2004-007 $72,600.00 $111,418.00 EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART A BASIC SERVICES, ITEM NO. 2 DESIGN PHASE shall be modified to include design of temporary piping between Phase 1 and the existing air lines for the Laguna Madre Wastewater Treatment Plant. EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 3 FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified. See Exhibit "B", Summary of Fees. All other terms and conditions of the February 25, 2003 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that con[ract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Therefore, we hereby request authorization of an Amendment to our Contract for Professional Services with the City of Corpus Christi, and that you provide a written Notice-to-Proceed with the temporary piping design services. In order to perform the design work required of tlms Amendment, an additional $2,000 to the Contract for Professional Services will be required.
