Utility Easement
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF NUECES
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT the HOUSING AUTHORITY of the City of Corpus Christi, (GRANTOR) of 3701 Ayers
Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78415, in consideration of $10 and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the City of Corpus Christi, (GRANTEE) of 1201 Leopard Street,
Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed,
and does convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its
successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement
of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and
being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description(s) attached and
incorporated as Exhibits A and C. (Premises)
Map(s) showing the location of the Utility Easement(s) TOGETHER
WITH TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS are attached
and incorporated as Exhibits B and D.
The Temporary Construction Easements are further described as a 20-
foot wide construction easement, south of and east of and adjacent to
the permanent utility easements. Said temporary construction
easements are to be used for working room and storage of materials
and machinery during the construction phase. These Temporary
Construction Easements automatically terminates upon completion and
acceptance of the improvements of the Antelope Street and Salt Flats
Area projec! by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: The City of Corpus Christi agrees to restore the land
within the easement areas to the same condition as existed prior to construction of the
pipeline.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and
its franchisees to construct, service, repair, maintain, inspect, lay, operate and keep public utility
lines under, on and along said Premises.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the fights and privileges aforesaid to the
City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as
a UTILITY EASEMENT, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION and right-of-way for so long as
used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the
aforesaid fights and privileges cease.

BE1NG 0.3074 acres of land, more or less, out of the Jose Maria Bargass Survey,
A-17 and also out of that 2 acre tract as recorded in Volume 249, Page 544 of the Deed
Records of Nueces County, Texas and that 7 acre tract as recorded in Volume 266, Page
386 of the Deed Records of Nueces County, Texas, said 0.3074 acre tract of land, as
shown on the attached exhibit, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection point of the west right-of-way line of Coke Street
and the south line of the aforesaid 2 acre tract;
THENCE, leaving said west line and with said south line, N89°32'31"W 532.22
feet to a point;
THENCE, leaving said south line, N20°19'5Y'W at 122.36 feet the common
north line of the aforesaid 2 tract and south line of the aforesaid 7 acre tract, in all 135.32
feet to a point;
THENCE, N69°40'07"E 20.00 feet to a point;
THENCE, S20°19'5Y'E at 20.55 feet the aforesaid common north line of the
aforesaid 2 acre tract and south line of the aforesaid 7 acre tract, in all 121.50 feet to a
point;
THENCE, parallel to and 20.00 feet from the aforesaid south line of said 2 acre
tract, S89°32'31"E 549.32 feet to a point in the aforesaid west right-of-way line of Coke
Street.
THENCE, with said right-of-way line, S57°30'56"W 36.81 feet to the POINT
