5. Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to receive bids for enlarging
the existing 27 sand traps at the Oso Golf Course, constructing 3 new sand
traps, and installing drainage in all 30 sand traps. Funds are available
from the Oso Colf Center improvements funds. Bids will be received at the
Park and Recreation Office until 2:00 P.M., April 24, 1986.
