SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART A. BASIC SERVICES, DESIGN PHASE (for the Mary Carroll Channel Widening - Project No. 2047) shall be modified as a scope increase. Additional design phase services for the Oso Parkway Box Culvert expansion and for the Southfork Inlet Additions, as described in the engineering study. Amendment will require the preparation of additional sets of project drawings, including bid documents, bid tabulations, not included in the original scope for the project. EXHIBIT A, SECTION I. SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, FEMA (for the Mary Carroll Channel Widening - Project No. 2047) shall be modified as a scope decrease. FEMA studies provided for under Additional Services for the Mary Carroll Channel Widening have been completed and the extensive studies required for FEMA Map Amendments will not be re~luired for the Mary Carroll Channel Widening Project. III. FEES A. Fee for Additional Services. For services authorized by the Director of Engineering Services under Section I. Scope of Services, Part A. Basic Services and Part B. Additional Services, the City will pay the Engineer a not-[o-exceed fee as per Exhibit "A". All other terms and conditions of the February 9, 1999 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. 2005-120 03/04/05 AMD. This amendment vall not ~ncrease the total fee with regard to our A/E contract for the project. Scope intrude: Provide complete design services for the Oso Parkway Box Culvert expansion and complete design services for the Southfork Inlet Additions, as described in the engmecring study for the subject project. The amendment will reqmre the preparation of additional sets of project drawings, including bid documents, bid tabulations, etc. not included in the or/ginal scope for the project. Exhibit I shows the scope of Phase 2 of the Mary Carroll Channel Widening. Se. ope l)eerea~e: FEMA studies provided for under Additional Services for the Mary Carroll Channel Widening have been completed and the extensive studies required for FEIMA Map Amendments will not be required for the Mary Carroll project. Fee - For the above desenbed work, there will not be an overall fee increase, but shall require an amendment to the contract for professional services by adding $41,500.00 to Design category under Basic Services and subtracting $41,500 from FEMA category under Additional Services Time of Completion - The final conslruction conlract for this project will include Oso Parkway Box Culvert, Southfork Inlet Additions, Channel Widening from Roddfield Road to Lake Placid.
