19. Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into a 3 -year
services agreement with Stephen J. Ondrejas for a manual food concession at
the Cole Park concession. The concession will offer food and soft drinks
and rent fishing equipment. Compensation to the City is proposed at 27% of
gross or $275 per month, whichever is greater. The Park and Recreation
Board approved the bid at their March meeting. Contract will provide for
facility maintenance by concessionaire.
