RE: Legal Services Agreement to assist the City with legal issues related to the
Greenwood Wastewater Treatment Plant
Dear Mr Rochelle:
This will confirm your employment by the City of Corpus Christi to represent the City
in the above matter.
Your services will be performed at an hourly rate of $210.00 Services above $25,000
require additional authorization. Billing will be in tenths of an hour and itemized.
Expenses are also to be itemized and will be limited to reasonable and customary
charges. (For example, first class airfare and luxury suites are not considered
reasonable.) Travel and other substantial expenses will be approved by the City.
Billing xvill be submitted monthly to Mary Kay Fischer in the City Legal Department,
and will be payable within 30 days of receipt. This agreement is exclusive of any
other agreement between you and the City. Billings under separate agreements must
be kept separate.
