RE: Legal Services Agreement to assist the City with legal issues related to the
Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant
Dear Mr. Nasi:
This will extend the letter agreements of September 25, 2002 and November 15, 2002
by authorizing additional funds up to $120,000 for services in this case. The new total
for authorized services is $140,000. Services above the new total of $140,000 will
require that additional authorization be obtained before the services are rendered. All
other aspects of the agreement dated Sc~ptember 25, 2002 and November 15, 2002 will
remain the same.
