the Council Chamber, and that a second public hearing be held on April 30,
1986 by the Director of Planning in the Committee Room, City Hall, 8:30
a.m., on the contractual annexation of 10.93 acres out of Lots 23 and 24,
Section 6, Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts, owned by E. H.
Moore Homes, Inc.
