result of numerous alignment and ownership changes and segmental construction.

This correspondence is our request and documentation for Amendment No. 4 to the referenced
contract in the amount of $24,089.00. This packet contains our listing of additional tasks mad
charges accrued on the referenced project since Amendment No. 3 (July 22, 2003). As you
know, this project has undergone numerous alignment m~d ownership changes and segmental
construction for which we have expended effort not anticipated in the original contract or
subsequent amendments. I will be glad to meet with you at your convehience to discuss the
contract amendment.
