(See Exhibit "A.") Section 3. FEES - See Summary of Fees attached as Exhibit "B". All other terms and conditions of the August 18, 1998 contract between the City and Engineer, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Maverick Engineering, Inc. (MEI) provided additional engineering services for designing concrete paving for Winnebago Street/Brownlee Intersection and for preparing plans and specifications for this additional work. The engineer's construction cost estimate for this new paving is about $183,892.00. With tkis letter we &re requesting for an additional fee of $12,168.00.
