Utility Easement

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT MTM Northwest Manngemem, Ltd_, a Texas limited partnership, 4045 Bobwhite,
Robstown, Nueees County, Texas 78380 (GRANTOR) k~ consideration of $1.00 and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the City of Corpus Chri~i, (GRANTEE) of 1201 Leopard
Street, Nueees County, Texas 78469-9277, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
conveyed, and do convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation,
its successors and legal representatives, the bee and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and
easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County,
Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description for the Utility Easement
attached and incorporated as "Er&u'bit A".
Map showing the location of the Utility Easement is attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit B".
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: The City of Corpus Christi agree~ to restore the land
within the easement area to the same condition as existed prior to construction of
the pipeline.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and
its franchisees to construct, service, re?air, maintain, inspect, lay, operate and keep public utility
lines under, on and along said easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the r/ght~ and pr/vi_leges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and banchisees for the use as a
UTILITY EASEMENT and right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose, and ffthe use of
said easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

UTILITY EASEMENT
Field note description of a 10 foot wide utility easement
out of Nueces River Irrigation Park, Lot 1, Section 2, in
the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, recorded
in Volume A, Page 54, Map Records, Nueces County, Texas;
Said 10 foot utility easement is situated in the city limits
of Corpus Christi, and is dsscri~d by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found on the northeast corner
of Block 1, Lot 1, Martin Plaza, recorded in Volume 58, Page
75, Map Records, Nuece$ County, Texas
THENCE S 84°10'18" E along the north line of said Lot 1,
Section 2, Nueces River Irrigation Park and north line of
said 10 foot utility easement, a distance of 10.03 feet to
the northeast corner of this 10 foot utility easement;
THENCE $ 09~55'00'' W along the west line of said 10 foot
utility easement, a distance of 268.91 feet to a point for
an angle corner of this 10 foot utility easement;
THENCE S 80"05'00" E along 10 foot utility easement, a
distance of 124.71 feet to an angle corner of this 10 ioot
utility easement;
THENCE S 09°55'00'' W along the west line of said 10 foot
utility easement, a distance of 10.00 feet to the southeast
corner of this 10 foot utility easement;
THENCE N 80°05'00" W along 10 foot utility easement, a
distance of 134.71 feet to the southwest corner of this 10
foot utility easement;
