Please request an amendment to your contract for $ 5,000.00 for my services to the City. The repairs to both motors have been completed. I have not accepted Motor No. 1 because I have not received the final report and have not accepted Motor No. 5 because ora lack of resolution on the grease leak on the drive end bearing. Once these issues are cleared up, I will accept the motors. Larry R. Patterson, P.E. AMD. NO.
