Together with the free in.ess, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the purpose of construction of utility improvemems adjacent to the Premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the Cit7 of Coqaus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and assigns for use as a Temporary Construction Easement for so long as used for such purpose.
