Texas, 78413 in considea'atinn often Dolla~ and no cents ($10) paid by the City of Corpus Christi
(Grantee), 1201 Leopard Street. Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277, the receipt of which is horeby
acknowledged, have conveyed, and do convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule
municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the flee and un~terrupted use, h'berty,
privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in
Ntleces Coumy, Texas and being described a~ follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
EXHIBIT A. (Premises)
A map shewing the location of the TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
is attached and incorporated as EXHIBIT B.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
Grantee agrees to restore the land within the Temporary Coumtruction Easement to the same
condition as existed prior to construction.
Together with the free in.ess, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for
the purpose of construction of utility improvemems adjacent to the Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the Cit7
of Coqaus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and assigns for use as a Temporary
Construction Easement for so long as used for such purpose. This Tem0orary Construction
Easement automatically terminates upon completion of the restoralinn of Gnmtor's land and
acceptanoe of the Country Club Gravity Sewer Lin~/Acuslmet Wood Iron TCE project by the CRv
