City Project No. 7169
Dear Mr. Escobar:
Amendment No. 1 includes providing Construction Administration and Inspection services for
the originally scheduled 120 day construction time allotment to complete the project_
A lump sum amount of $8,895 was allocated for the Construction Administration Phase and a
lump sum amount of $27,750 was allocated for Construction Inspection Services. The
Construction Inspection Services included approximately 20 hours per week.
[)ming the bid phase, an additional 90 calendar days were added as an addendum to the
construction contract. Therefore, in order to extend the Construction Administration and
Inspection Services (20 hours per week) for this additional period, we are requesting a small A/E
conlract for an additional $24,013. A manhour estimate is attached.
The start of construction is tentatively scheduled tbr July 5, 2005.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me.
Sincerely,
