2. Approving the purchase of a hydraulic power unit and related hydraulic
tools from the following companies based on low bid and low bid meeting
specifications. These items will be used by the Water Division for
maintenance and construction purposes. Eighteen bid invitations were
issued; three bids were received. These items were approved in the 1985 -86
budget as replacement items.
