4. Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to secure a grant of $15,688
in federal funds in SFY 87 through the Library Services and Construction
Act (LSCA) Title I, Major Urban Resource Libraries (MURLs) program. The
funds are to be used to purchase materials for the genealogy collection in
the new Corpus Christi Public Library.
