AMENDMENT NO. I TO TEXAS CABLE PARTNERS L.P. (TIME WARNER)
FRANCHISE
The City of Corpus Chris~ and Texas and Kansas City Cable Partners, L. P., formerly
k~own as Texas Cable Partners, L.P., agree to amend Section 6.2 D of the cable
f[anchise gmntad to Texas Cable Partners, L.P. ('Grantee') as follows:
1 Section 6.2 D of the Texas Cable Par'mars (-rime Wamer) cable franchise ia amended to
read as follows:
"D.
Non-Commercial Pro~rammirm. The Public Access channels provided under this
Section 6.2 shall be used exclusively for Locally Produced Programming and no
PEG Access Channel shall contain any Commercial Programming. Grantee shell
be allowed to utilize the access channels for such other ourooses as it rnev deem
aoorooriate whenever the usam am not u~llzin~ the channels uoon the written
aooroval of the C~/.
2. All other terms and cond~ons of the cable franchise granted to Texas Cable Partners, L.P.
remain unchanged.
3. This Amendment takes effect upon execution by both parties.
