SCOPE OF SERVICES The Consultant Engineer hereby agrees, at its ovm expense, to perform deaign aervicea necessary to review and prepare plans, specifications, ,,nd bid and contract documents. In addition, Cormultant Engineer will provide rnonthly ~Lus updates (pra~at progress or delays, Gantt charts prmented with mo,,IJ,ly Invoice~) and provide contract administration se~vicee, as deecnbed in Exhibit A to complete the Project. Consultant Engineer services will be "Services for Construction Pm'ject~"- (Beak= ~ for ConstnJ~on Projects") which are shown and are in accordance with 'Pmfeaak)nal Engineering Services- A Guide to the SeleclJon and Negotiation P~, 1993" a Joint publication of the Cormul'dng Engineer's Council of Texas and Texas Society of Profeeeional Engineers.
