HEALTH BENEFITS Thc ('onsulmm shall provide professional actuarial services for the Health ~ Program_ The actuarial analysis will be a cost projection for the City's four self-fumled ~ plans (('itica~, Cificarc Basic, Citicmr-Fir~, Public Safer/ Citicare and Retirees for each plan) covering the projected risc. al years 8/01/05 to 07/31/06, 8/1/06 to 7/31/07, 8/1/07 to 7/31/08.
