EMA proposes to asNst the City MIS depa,b,,ent In the upgrade of ArcSDE fi'om
currently Irmtalled version (8.3) to ~ moat current ve~o~ (9.1). EMA ha~ procured
subcontract sar, vices from Spatial Solutlo~a to a~lst with the upgrade.
This upgrade requires the update and mlgmtlo~ of the City's GIS data, as well as ·
number of appllcaUons end automated procedures r=c..-.-.-.-.-.-.~ to support ~ GIS IntegmUon
with the MAXIMe CMMS. The EMA/Spatial SoluUone team will aaNat the City In It~
mlgmt:lort and ensure the GIS and the GIS/CMMS Integratlo~ applications (MAXGIS) am
fully f-ncUonel upon completion of this conbact.
The total cost o1' this contract Is equal to ~7.4,620.

The C~ty of Corpus Christi has requested the assistance of EMA to upgrade their existing
GIS database server from ArcSDE 8.3 to ArcSDE 9.1. The mllence of the MAXGIS
application on ArcSDE reclu~res additional testing to ensure the application will run
reliably on the upgraded environment. One major difference In the upgrade environment
compared to the exJstlng environment Is that ArcSDE 9.1 and ArclMS 9.1 will be Ini~iled
on a L ~nux server. Below Is a detailed list of tasks and aasodatad cost~ to compie;~ the
