Any hole which mu~t be al~mdoned due to f~ilu~ of th~ Conlr~c~ to properly comtr~ tbe
probe in accordance with this specification shall be grouted ncco~ to the TWC rules ,md
the Texas Water Well Drillers Act governing plugging and COu~letion of wells, and at no
cost to the City.
The drill equipment, tools and methods for ndvancing the holes -.* at the Contrncto~
