Upon request of the City Director of Municipal Info[mat~3n Systems, Pronto will grant
Licensee the Licensed Pronto OSS Software under the terms and conditions of this
Amendment et a one-time fee of $60 per Node in the City of Corpus Christi. ('%lode' is
measured by Tropos, Inc. hardware used in the Hotzone dep~ of the City of
Corpus Christi.) Pronto will contact the City of Corpus Christi, no later than the 20~ day
of the last month of the quarter ending in March, June, September and December for an
audit of the additional nodes deployed to generate billing.
Annuai Maintenance fee: 18% is calculated on the total paid for the Licensed Software
calculated. This fee also includes extended wa,m~ty on the deployed Pronto Hotapot
Gateway and Pro~ik~ Hotspot Controller.
Prate shall receive SI/user/month for ail users associated with the del:~3yed Coq)us
Christi Network. The following are exctuded from this charge; the block of 500 Free
Govemment Guest Accounts, City and Govemment Employees and Parka and Areas
designated Free Access.
Pronto shail receive $0.30 per month for all usem esm3ciated with the Corpus Christi
~ndependent School District dunng the Proof of Concept.
Pronto will provide one free block of 500 Govemment Guest Accounts.
Free Pronto WI-Fi access for all City and Govemment Employees.
Each Pronto Hotzone Gateway will be priced at $4,250 one-time charge and ate
warranty will be covered under the maintenance fee.

will be sh~pped via three-day express shipping, unless otherwise requested by
