B. POINT OF CONTACT - The Aaaiatant City Manager of Development Services will deeignate a eingle
point of contact for all communic~ona, information and documents to paea through. Any actlorte taken by the
Consultant on instructlone, information or cormurmm:e pro,tided by o~ through any ob'mr eource will not be
c~mpeneated under this co.b~,ct.
C. ORDER OF SERVICE8 - The Consultant agrees to begin work immediately after written aulhorlzatlon
f,om the Assmtant City Manager of Development Services.

Th~ City will pay the Consultant an addiflcmal total not to exceed fee of $95,980.00 for ia ~ not to exceed
fee of $120.055.00. Thi~ fge will be full and to~al com~ for ail services ~ and authorized

The table -Summary of Fees' shall be used when calculating the fee due for the proportkxl of ~e~vicaa

Consultant must not commence work under th~s agreement until all insurance required herein
has been obtained and such Insurance has been approved by the City. The Consultant must
not allow any subco.bactor to commence work until all similar insurance required of the
subcontractor has been obtained.
Consultant must fumlsh to the City's Risk Manager two (2) copies of Certificates of Insurance,
showing the following minimum coverage by insurance company(s) acceptable to the City's
Risk Manager. The City must be named as an additional Insured for the ~1 liability policy
and a blanket waiver of subrogation is required on all applicable policies.
