The undersigned parties hereby agree to the following
amendment to the agreement authorized by the City Council on
Nove~er g, lg81, between the City of Corpus Christi and Nueces
£andtng Company, as follows:
· XIV Liquidated Oamages.
In the event that Second Party fails to execute
the lease attached as Exhibit A and said floating
restaurant is not ready to open for business and
be fully capable of operation by July 15, lg84,
then the Second Party's bid security of $1,000
shall be forfeited to the City as ligutdated
damages.'
