mach~rm'y; Iloocl: and excess flood liability coverage for the City. The Risk Manager is
design',tt~l as thc Contrm:t Administrator responsible for all pha,~a of perfm'mance.__., including
authorizations for payn~nt. All nmiccs or communications regm'din8 this Agreon-~-m must
he direct, ed to the Contram Adminismuor.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

apprm'al of thc Cio. To the ext~nt sabeontractor~ m'~ utilizer, tl~ City will 1~ bill~

Contractor will prox ~de adequate internal conu'ol proc~lures to ~ulz~'t tl~ City from
any lype of financial loss. Contractor .,;hall be responaible for refunding to t~ City
overlm.vmenta reauhing from errors or duplicate paymenla of any kind.
