".'his Grunt Agreement is hereby entered ~nto by and between the
F¢.~-esr S,rvice (TFS}, a Member of The Texas A&M University System
agency of the State of ~exas, and the City of Corpus Christi,

Artiole 1. Th:s agreement represents the entire agreement between the

Article 2. Thc $29,428 gran! will be paid on a re{mhursement basis upon
