PERFORMING AGENCY shall ensure:

98% of famili~ who participam in RECEIVING ACd~CY'S WIC Program by receiving
food in~-umenta shall also receive nutrition education cla~es or indivi~ml ~g
~.rvice~ to coincide with food voucher iss-~nce;
2) Of all pregmmt women who enter ~O AGENCY'S WIC Progrnm; at le~ 32%
shall be certified a~ eligible d,n'ing the peniod of the first trimester of their pmgnnncy;
87% of clients who arc enrolled in REL~,IV[NG AGENCY'S WIC Program, excluding
dual participants, tnmsfcr locked and/or migent clients, shall participme aa food
instrument recipients each month (breaat-feeding infants ~ al~o included in the
count):
58.5% of infants whose mothers we~ participants in RECEIVING AGENCY'S WIC
Program dm'lng pregnancy shall be mt-fed nv or hefor~ the time of their certificalion of
ehgib~lity; and
98% of participants who indiote during the enrollmem procma of RECEIVING
