Amerx]ment No. 1 to Consulting Sewices Agreement
Whereas, the City of Corpus Christi ("City') and the Corpus Christi Regional Econ(xnlc
Developn~mt C.,orlx~u~on ('Contrac~r') executed a Co~sultlng Services Agreement for
economic development services ('Agreement'), authorized by City Council rnotk~ number
2004-382 on October 12, 2004;
Whereas, the Agreement provided for $475,000 payment by City to Contractor, to be paid in
quarterly Installments;
Whereas, the parties cleelm to amend the Agreement to provk:le for one annual payment;
1. Section 4 of the Agreement is revised ~ mad as follows:
