amendment of the Contract for Professional Services auttmrized by Motion No. 2004-224
on June 8.2004 aa follows:
Exhibit A 1-Scope of Services. A-Basic Services, 2-Design Phase amended by the
addition of Task n. to mad:

All other terrns and conditions of the June 8, 2004 co~t, act, as amended, between the City
and Consultant will remain in full force and effect.
