(~Seller') executed a Co~-]bact regarding Automated Mel~' Reading authorized by City Council on August 23, 2005 in Motion 2005-278 ('Agreement'); Now, fl'mrefom, the pares agree to amend the Agreement to ctarify tt~e scope of services as follows 1 Section 1 of the Agreement reads as follows: "11 GENERAL PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS. Seller agrees, at Buyer's request, to provide se~ices or deliver equipment or supplies as Ide,,iJ?~cl In ATTACHMENT A, attached hereto. Services perfo,,,~gl or supplies or equipment delivered under l~is Contract shall commence as authortzed by a Buyer mpresen;-L;ve upon issuance of a valid Notice to Proceed. Services perforated, supplies of equipment delivered shall be completed In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. Services performed or supplies or equipment delivered shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.' 2.
