RATIFICATION & AMENDMENT No.1
for
Architect/Engineer Consultant Services
This AGREEMENT is between the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas
home-rule municipal corporation, 'CITY', acting through its duly authorized City Manager
or designee ("City Engineer"), and Chuck Anastos Associates, Inc. , a Texas corporation
or partnership, "CONSULTANT", acting through its duly authorized representative who is
Chuck Anastos (Name), President (Title), which agree as follows:
1. DECLARATIONS. "CITY" desires to engage "CONSULTANT" to provide
services In connection with City's project, described as follow: Water Department
Buildings - Architectural Condition Survey "PROJECT"
2. SCOPE OF WORK. "CONSULTANT" shall provide services for the
PROJECT in accordance with the accompanying Letter, Scope of Services and Fee
attached as "Exhibit A".
3. FEE. The "CITY" agrees to pay the "CONSULTANT" for services provided in
accordance with Exhibit "A", Scope of Services and Fee under this AGREEMENT, an
additional fee not to exceed $5,000.00 (in figures), (Five Thousand and no/xx dollars) (in
words) for a restated total fee not to exceed $30,000.00.

Dear Mr Escobar
This Contract Addendum #01 request is drawn to spell out the scope of work increases in Phase 1 of
the above referenced project. The increased scope is as follows
1. The increased number of buildings to survey at ON Stevens Water Treatment Plant,
from 31 to 47 (overall building increase from 43 to 59).
ReVised Compensation to the Architect:
We request an additional Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) as revised compensation to the Architect
for the above-described additional architectural services, including the following sub-totals:

8530, has jurisdiction over individuals licensed under the Architect's Registration Law "The Texas Board of
Architectural Examiners, Texas Civil Statutes, Article 249a." The Texas Board of Architectural Examiners has
jurisdiction over complaints regarding the professional practices of persons registered as architects in Texas.
