Authorizing plans and specifications to be developed for the following
items:
1. Demolition of La Retama Library
2. The La Retama Vest Pocket Park and Bluff Balustrade Restoration
3. Lawrence Street Pedestrian Crossing and Realignment
4. Cooper Street Pedestrian Crossing
5. Minor landscaping and intersection improvements in the downtown area
Funding for the projects is anticipated to come from a number of sources
including CDBG funds, Reinvestment Zone funds, and various other grant
funds. Upon completion of plans and specifications, detailed funding for
each individual project will be presented to the Council. (Attachment 016)
